We continually invest in our infrastructure: |
Ultra-modern facilities cover a total space of 160 000 square feet and over 700 computers, including workstations, servers, testbeds, etc. Each workplace features a modern PC, a SUN workstation or a Mac with up-to-date software installed, a telephone, and shared access to a high-speed printer. All the computers in each office are networked with a 100-Mbit capacity. The networks are secured with firewalls; server rooms are equipped with security and climate-control systems.
The office LANs interconnected with 6-Mbit channels are united into a WAN. Virus protection for groupware folders and file servers is ensured by Symantec Antivirus software. Secured communications with clients can be organized via VPN-enabled equipment (Cisco) or highly secured direct communications through an ISDN a DSL, and soon Fiber-optic communications line that can also be used for backing-up Internet connectivity.
Communication: We have all the resources necessary for quick deployment and 24x7 support of reliable, secure and high-speed channels of information exchange between the customer and the company. To maintain a close communication and mutual understanding with our customers we arrange videoconferencing sessions, e.g. once a week during project implementation. To make all the required data easily accessible to the customer, source code and/or project documentation can be stored on the dedicated servers on the customer’s site under any source control system and/or any software server dedicated for that purpose.
