We also accept credit cards online. Credit card transactions are handled by PayPal which lets you send money to anyone who has an email address, you can use a credit card or the money in your PayPal account to pay for the transaction. PayPal will also transfer any money in your account to your checking account. Making payments through PayPal is very easy, but its' availability is restricted to people living in one of the following countries:
New VAT regulations have been in force in the European Union (EU) since July 1, 2003.
In accordance with the new regulations, private customers in EU countries must be charged VAT for electronically delivered products (such as product downloads) and for electronic services offered by companies located outside of the European Union. Sales to corporate customers are NOT affected by the new regulations as a rule. Corporate customers are identified as such by our system via their valid VAT ID number and are not charged VAT. (Corporate customers without a VAT ID number are charged VAT, but can later receive a VAT refund from their tax authorities.) The VAT rate under the new EU regulations is determined by the customer's country of residence in the EU.
