END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY before installing the software: This Single User License Agreement is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or an entity) and ITC Software, its affiliates and respective software owners ("ITC") on the software product identified above. It includes computer software and also may include associated media, printed materials, documentation, databases, and other accompanying materials ("the Software"). YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHER USE OF THE SOFTWARE. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software. You may return it in the original package to Your supplier for a full refund.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE FOR USE.

ITC grants You a personal, non-exclusive license to make and use one copy of the software included in this package. You may install the software on only one computer provided that You are the only individual using the software. If You are an entity, ITC grants You a personal, non-exclusive license to designate one individual within Your organization to use the software. If the software assumes the possibility of multiple users based on individual user logins, ITC grants You a personal, non-exclusive license to designate one system administrator to organize the work of other users. ITC reserves all rights not definitely granted.

2. COPYRIGHT.

The software is owned by ITC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You may not use or copy the software for any purpose that is not described in the Agreement. The software is licensed, and not sold.

3. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

3.1 You may not rent or lease the software but You may transfer the software on a permanent basis provided You retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

3.2 You may not reverse, engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

3.3 The software is licensed as a single product. You may not separate any components to be used by more than one user.

3.4 You agree that ITC may collect and use the information You provide as a part of product registration or support services related to the software.

3.5 ITC may cancel this Agreement if You do not abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In that case, You must destroy all copies of the software.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY.

4.1 No warranty. ITC definitely disclaims any warranty for the software. The software is provided "as it is" without any warranty, including the implied warranties, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All the risk arising out of use or performance of the software remains with You.

4.2 Customer remedies. ITC's entire liability and Your exclusive remedy shall not exceed the price paid for the software.

4.3 No liability for consequential damages. In no case shall ITC be liable for any damages whatsoever, including damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss, arising out of use or inability to use the software, even if ITC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If Your jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to You.
